What does a state gets as an addition when the government is
in the capacity to take decisions and is well poised? This may be an issue of
endless debates but primarily some things are certainly evident, like there is
a belief, self confidence and eagerness to do. Last 30 years India suffered
hugely just because of unstable government or read uncharacteristic government.
Now when we have a leadership which is paving its plans; what we really need to
focus on and engage ourselves in changing world order and more of dynamics
which is shifting in our socio-political structure?
Youth; as it’s a known fact that we house the largest youth
population and it translates into lots of energy and capacity but in order to
harness this we need a designed structure rather a blueprint of how to direct
this in to a potential development force. We need to think and act simultaneously as too much time
will be lost in designing and than implementing. We must learn from the
corporate houses like TATA to inculcate their work philosophy in to the youth
development program. We need to train the youth so that the skill set could be
developed. Advance communication techniques, social networking, Internet are
gaining immense popularity and no wonder if who’s who of IT giants are eyeing on
India. At the same time we are posing as one of the biggest market of world.
If we look at the
world order now, almost all major powers who used to hold key positions are
somewhat strangled in their own way. US is torn out due the long nose which
gets poked in anywhere be it Syria, Iran, North Korea and the persistent threat
of terrorism. Russia’s own house is on fire but Putin is constantly
consolidating his position in the changing world order.Europe is almost defunct
due to economic slowdown, only Germany is hopeful and positive in whole EU.This
certainly has created a vacancy and void in the upper slot of International
politics which India must grab. So, the dynamics of Power Play has certainly changed in due course of time. This will also enhance India's claim of permanent membership at UNSC. As per my understanding if we manage to engage in to a strategic trade alliance
starting from Pacific to the south china
sea, India will be in a better bargain
position. One thing that is persistently disturbs the whole blueprint
is our beloved neighbor “Pakistan”. Pakistan is torn out and there is no
disagreement to that. But the long lasting jealousy of Pakistan will certainly eat up some value time and efforts as it's happening now. India must settle things ASAP in neighborhood to bring some order to the chaos. As peaceful neighborhood will boost all around development not only to INDIA but also to SAARC nations.
Tourism is again a sector which has not got its due. In order to promote sustainable tourism in the less popular tourist sectors infrastructure must be developed as a priority. Than only INDIA can be projected as a major tourism hub across globe.
